This service is not available in all states. If you request a loan in a particular state where such loans are prohibited you will not be connected to a loan. You are urged to read and understand the terms of any loan offered by PaycheckAmerica, and to reject any particular loan offer that you cannot afford to repay or that includes terms that are not acceptable to you.

By submitting your information via this website, you are authorizing PaycheckAmerica or other intermediaries to do a credit check, which may include verifying your social security number, driver license number or other identification, and a review of your creditworthiness. Credit checks are usually performed by one of the major credit bureaus such as Experian, Equifax and Trans Union, but also may include alternative credit bureaus such as Teletrack, DP Bureau or others.

Late Payments Hurt Your Credit Score

Please be aware that missing a payment or making a late payment can negatively impact your credit score. To protect yourself and your credit history, make sure you only accept loan terms that you can afford to repay. If you cannot make a payment on time, you should contact PaycheckAmerica immediately and discuss how to handle late payments. PaycheckAmerica, LLC cannot use the criminal process against a consumer to collect any consumer loan.

*The Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) is the cost of your loan expressed as a yearly rate. The actual APR for your loan may be higher or lower, depending on the actual amount you borrow and your actual repayment schedule.

Payment example with Origination Fee: For a $2,000.00, 12-month loan, with an APR of 25%, an origination fee that will be included in the principal amount of your loan (4% of the amount you receive) of $80.00, and a twice-monthly repayment schedule, you would make 24 payments of $98.40, repaying a total of $2,361.58 for the life of the loan with a finance charge of $361.58.

Please note, notwithstanding the foregoing notice required by Washington statute, that PaycheckAmerica currently does not offer consumer loans.
